Actress Eliza Dushku hit the David Letterman studios dressed to the nines, pairing her sexy, bandage-style camel-toned dress with black tights, fierce heels, and a killer Tory Burch Studded Messenger handbag. I’m not in love with the one-glove look, but otherwise I’d say this look is a perfect 10.

For someone who designs handbags, Jessica Simpson sure does spend a lot of money carrying other people’s couture creations. (Not that I blame her.) Already a well-known fan of Louis Vuitton and Roberto Cavalli, Jessica has now moved on to Dior, relying on a hot pink Lady Dior Woven Shopper to jazz up her low-key outfit of jeans and a gray shawl. The outfit is nothing to write about (and yet…), but I love that delicious shot of pink. It really pulls everything together and makes what could have been just a last-minute, thrown-together ensemble a an actual LOOK. Nice work, girl.

Fringed purse season is in and Taylor Swift is no exception. But instead of opting for the standard Roberto Cavalli or JJ Winters, Taylor is carrying a frigned leather handbag from the lesser-known Texas label SL McFadin. I love the bag and its dark chocolate leather, but I’m not crazy about Taylor’s outfit. A floral dress, striped cardi, blue flats, and a boho bag = way too much. Still, I could definitely see myself getting lots of mileage out of a trendy but surprisingly versatile purse like this.

Okay girls, brace yourself for some tough love. Lo: We love you but that borderline blah dress belongs at Sunday mass, not Saturday night clubbing. Audrina: Two words: Camel. Toe. LC: Call me Goldilocks, but this one feels juuuuuuuuuust riiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Of course, I’m easily distracted by that lovely Chanel Caviar handbag she’s carrying; the best money Jason Wahler has ever spent, I’m sure. The dress is unfussy but sexy in its own way, and the black and white mix works well. Now let’s just hope some drunk club-goer doesn’t spill her amaretto sour on that gorgeous handbag.

We just love  Kirsten Dunst had me at “hello” with her lovely Chanel 2.55 purse…but then I took in the rest of our outfit. Listen, I’m all for mixing it up and eclectic tastes, but I don’t see the point of pairing a dainty designer bag with a just-came-from-Woodstock-and-I’m-still-picking-mud-out-of-my-bra outfit. The black shirt and ankle-gracing Big Love skirt do nothing for her, or that Chanel. But thanks for playing.

Kate Moss seriously, when does she ever carry non-black purses? It’s not to say that we don’t love her new Gucci Bag. Clearly going for a stylish look with her striped top and red and blue purse, Kate seems quite in with the season, and it’s nice to see her shake her diggs up a bit. What say you? Love this Jimmy Choo Mahala on Khloe Kardashian! The Mahala has proved to be a hot commodity in recent seasons, and the Kardashian girls seem to have an affinity for Jimmy Choo bags. Can you blame them? Jimmy Choo doesn’t use the softest leather imaginable, but the designs speak for themselves. I love how Khloe is letting the bag and shoes be the focal point of her look. When you do this, getting dressed is a cake walk!

I remember when everyone had to have the Theda. This was back when Jessica and Nick were still married, and LV Murakami anything ruled the planet. The Theda isn’t a very functional bag, and I’ve honestly never seen anyone wear it well. I can see the direction Kim Kardashian is trying to go with her look…but the execution, well, it just ain’t happening. The bag is too much when paired with her print maxi and large gold earrings. I would have loved to seen her with a small clutch, but since this is KK we’re talking about, I guess it had to be over the top.
