Fergie kills me with some of the get-ups she calls outfits. Of course all black is always the way to go, especially when you're hanging with the fashion crowd. Backstage at the BCBG show, Fergie sported black relaxed trousers, a tough black leather jacket, and the superstar favorite: pitch black shades that keep you from going blind when the photogs are after you. That leaves us with Fergie's monstrous black bag (a bit big for toting into a show, no?). Can anyone name this handbag? I see a complete zip closure and stiff leather…Gucci? Perhaps it's from Fergie's own line she did with Candie's? The verdict is out!

She's a big fan of Chanel, Gucci, Chloe, and Hermes handbags, so why not Treesje too? Lindsay Lohan rolled up to Kitson to celebrate Treesje's Magnolia collection, showing off her blonde locks and a bright blue tank. Say what you want about Lindsay, but at least she keeps things interesting &"#8211; you rarely see her with the same purse twice!

Whoa. How'd Daisy Duke get her hands on a Gucci bag? Oh, wait, that's just Lindsay Lohan, randomly pairing her summery cropped (read: way too short) peasant blouse, fringed sandals, and cropped (read: again, WAY too short) cut-offs with an elegant Gucci monogrammed carry-all. Love the Gucci, but it looks totally wrong with this youthful, beach bimbo-y look, don't you think? I know La Lohan is going through some tough times, but there's no need to take it out on a poor defenseless designer handbag.

Now that Lindsay has checked out of her extended stay at the rehab facilities, she's working hard to get her career back on track. After her much talked about Marilyn pictorial, Lindsay's putting in as much face time around town as possible. And that means having pre-party dinner with her mom, Dina, at The Spotted Pig in Manhattan's West Village. Dina, now the blonde of the duo, sported an 85th Anniversary Edition Gucci Boston bag. This bag was released Fall of 2006 to commemorate Gucci's 85th birthday, in a variety of colors; Dina's is the cream version. You won't find this particular bag for retail anymore but if you did pick one up at the release, it was to the tune of about $2,400.

Oh, that lucky duck. Not only is she eternally chic and staggeringly cool, but that Brit goddess Kate Moss also has a rather crafty designer handbag supplier. Last time we saw Kate the Great she was waving around her limited-edition Gucci Sloaney bag; now, it's this lovely black Louis Vuitton Suede Asphalt Purse, part of a collaboration with director/style icon Sofia Coppola. Not only does the handbag perfectly suit Kate's style, but it's also amazingly versatile while staying totally luxe. Color me jealous.

Studs, studs and more studs: Someone is clearly having a little too much fun with their gun over at Gucci. The Babouska collection is overloaded with them. That's quite apparent on Jessica Simpson's Babouska Boston Bag, which, in a russet shade, has a kind of beaten up, weathered look about it. That's the antithesis, I'm sure, of what Gucci was going for here. The entire lineup is loaded with intense hardware, resoundingly thick leather and a kind of charming quality that only select people will appreciate. Jess is clearly one of them, and she looks cute here, but I'll keep my distance. I can only imagine how much something so loaded actually weighs. Love the studly look? This purse is available for $2595 at Bergdorf Goodman.

Oh, that Sacha Baron Cohen and his radical fashion choices. As Bruno, Cohen's given us teeny-tiny booty shorts, naked body suits, peekaboo thongs, and a bull costume, so this get-up accented by a Gucci messenger bag is actually pretty tame by comparison. Messenger bags aren't really my thing, but I dig that classic green and red strap. And it matches his skintight leather trousers oh so well, don't you think?

Lindsay Lohan may be wanted by the coppers for her various drunk driving misdeeds, but at least she's steering clear of the Fashion Police with her chic Gucci handbag. Wearing her typical uniform of a slouchy tee and black leggings, the potential inmate probably should have opted for a black purse to better complement her monochrome look, but at least the girl knows her classics. The monogram style is one of my favorites – and considerably less-uniquitous than the Louis Vuitton monogram – and I'll always have a sweet spot for those forest green and red stripes. Let's just hope that La Lohan doesn't get TOO comfortable wearing stripes.

Er, Jess? Last time I checked orange and dark red weren't exactly a winning color combination. While I'm enamored with Jessica's cheery, summer-perfect citrus-hued maxi dress, the Gucci Babouska Boston Bag isn't exactly right with this outfit. (No harm in letting it linger a bit 'til fall, you know…) With its distressed-looking leather, spray of studs, and gushy heart decal, the Babouska hasn't cracked my list of favorite Gucci purses. It just doesn't have that ultra-luxurious, totally glam finesse that I expect from Gucci. And pairing russet with hook &em horns orange? That's just wrong.

Any guesses on who the designer is? Gucci? Pucci? What do you think?
